Our office is located on Washington Avenue South in the Mill District, an area whose name is a holdover from the days when it was the flour milling capital of the world. The Mill District has undergone many changes, and is now home to the Guthrie Theater, the Mill City Museum, Gold Medal Park, and the U.S. Bank Stadium. We proudly serve the North Loop, Mill District, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Parking Information

We offer free indoor parking with direct access to our office–just enter on 11th Avenue South and follow signs for Bridgewater Lofts Guest + Retail Parking.
