Mill District Dental is officially a GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) Certified Practice, offering advanced dental hygiene therapy using the revolutionary Swiss-made EMS Airflow. This milestone underscores our commitment to providing the highest standard of dental care and delivering clinically superior outcomes.

The EMS Airflow® is renowned for its gentle yet thorough approach to dental cleaning and has transformed our preventative hygiene care. It employs a sophisticated system to deliver a precise stream of warmed-water and specially formulated erythritol powder to efficiently and comfortably remove plaque, stains and harmful biofilms.

As a GBT Certified Practice we utilize the 8-step protocol to diagnose and treat our patients. All dental hygiene wellness visits will now include Guided Biofilm Therapy.

Once biofilm is revealed, you’ll receive personalized tips for optimal at-home oral care and disease prevention.

Airflow®

REMOVE BIOFILM

AIRFLOW® MAX technology uses air, water, and erythritol powder spray to gently remove all the biofilm and stains from teeth and tissues.

Perioflow®

DISRUPT BIOFILM

If required, PERIOFLOW® will be used to carefully disrupt any biofilm from the gum pockets.

Piezon® or Cavitron®

REMOVE HARD DEPOSITS

PIEZON® uses pulsating water to gently remove calculus and hardened deposits.

FINAL CHECK
